Something New and Exciting!!!
We are currently working alongside a fantastic Coach, Herbert Czingon. Herbert Czingon is a world leading strategist in High Performance Coaching Development across all events. He has previously held roles as head of field events and national pole vault coach in both Germany and Switzerland, where he developed many Olympic athletes. After retiring in 2020, he continues to consult with World Athletics on coaches education and advise pole vaulters. We have an exciting opportunity coming soon for vaulters AND their coaches. Keep checking back for updates! Due to unforseen circumstances there will be no Vault Cardiff this year, so we have this instead!

Morning Session
Keynote Speech from Herbert.
Key Points of Pole Vault.
PV Technical Model.
15-20min break.
Practical Session, including PV carry, take off and demonstrations.
Lunch!
NIAC have a restaurant and cafes on site but you are also welcome to bring your own food and drink.
Afternoon Session
Opportunity to use a raised runway. Most athletes have never used ones and the benefits in confidence alone are huge.
Full training session with excellent additional kit
Chance to implement what you've learnt under Herberts guidance + more demonstrations
Q&A
A chance to ask questions, particularly for Coaches whilst Athletes have a chance to try out kit they may have never used before and ask questions themselves.
Finish and depart at 16:30pm
